ساعت گارمینINSTINCT یکی از با امکانات ترین محولات گارمین می باشد که به جهت اقتصادی بودن از استقبال چشمگیری برخوردار است ساعت INSTINCT ذر دو دسته صفحه نمایش ساده و سولار تولید میگردد رنگ بندی کامل و جذاب این ساعت با هر نوع سلیقه ای سازگاری داردساعت INSTINCT نه تنها جزو محصولات مالتی اسپرت شرکت گارمین است بلکه در صنعت دریانوردی هم کاربرد دارد اماچنان چه به دنبال مقایسه ساعت اینستینک با فنیکس پرو هستید موارد زیر را در نظر داشته باشید اول این که صفحه نمایش رنگی نداردو به دلیل حافظه داخلی کم قابلیت نصب نقشه و ذخیره کردن موسیقی را هم ندارد ضربان سنج ضربان قلب آن قابلیت نمایش ضربان قلب در آب را ندارد اکسیژن مصرفی ماکزیمم را نمایش نمی دهد .در مجموع نداشتن قابلیت های نامبرده ار ارزش این دستگاه نمی کاهد و در مقابل امکانات و کارایی فراوان این ساعت به نسبت قیمت مناسب آن محصولی پرطرفدار می باشد
